Not yet. velociPost is a small operation focused on shipping a great product. We reply to most emails within one business day — often much faster. Phone support is something we may add later if our customer base tells us they need it.
Email team@velocipost.com with: what you were doing when the bug happened, what you expected to see, what you saw instead, and a screenshot or screen recording if possible. The more detail you include, the faster we can fix it. Bugs reported with reproduction steps get fixed first.
Log into your account, open Settings, and go to the Billing tab. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from there in two clicks. If you hit any trouble, email team@velocipost.com and we'll take care of it directly.
The quickest path is to cancel your account — your workspace data is automatically deleted 30 days after cancellation. If you need data removed sooner or have a specific deletion request (for example, under GDPR or CCPA), visit our data deletion page or email team@velocipost.com.
