Questions before you buy.

What happens after the 7-day free trial?
Every plan starts with full Velocity access for 7 days. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, if you don't pick a plan, your account pauses — no charges, no surprises. If you do pick a plan, you keep going with the features of that plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately — the new features unlock right away. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep the higher-tier features through the rest of your current billing cycle.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly billing is charged every month at the standard rate. Annual billing is charged once per year at roughly 17% off — so you effectively get two months free. You can switch between billing periods when changing plans.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 7-day free trial doesn't require a credit card. You only enter payment details if you choose to continue on a paid plan after the trial.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel anytime from your billing settings. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing cycle. Annual plans run through the paid year — you keep access through the full term. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no forms to fill out.
What's included in launch pricing?
The current prices are launch prices, locked forever for the first 200 customers. If you sign up before we hit the 200-customer cap, your rate never goes up — even as features expand and list pricing changes later.
Do you offer refunds?
The 7-day free trial is designed so you can test every feature at the Velocity level before paying anything. If you run into a billing issue after that, email team@velocipost.com and we'll work it out.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Payments are processed securely — velociPost never stores card details.
Can I pay by invoice / ACH / PO?
Annual agency plans can be invoiced with ACH or check payment — email team@velocipost.com to set it up. Monthly plans and individual plans are credit-card only.
Is my payment info secure?
Yes. All payments run through Stripe — the same processor used by millions of businesses including Shopify, Amazon, and Google. velociPost never sees or stores your card number. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest standard in payments security.
