Data Deletion Request

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to velociPost and would like your data deleted, you can submit a request using the form below or by emailing us directly.

You can also disconnect velociPost from within Facebook's settings at any time:
Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → velociPost → Remove

What we delete

When you submit a deletion request, we will delete the following within 30 days:

  1. Your velociPost account and all associated profile information
  2. All OAuth access tokens used to connect to Facebook and Instagram
  3. All posts, drafts, and content generated for your account
  4. All engagement data collected from your Facebook or Instagram pages
  5. Any business information, knowledge base entries, and content rules stored in your workspace

We may retain billing records as required by law (typically 7 years), but these contain no social media data.

After deletion is complete, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provide.
