How often you review. Whether AI makes your images and video. Which platforms post, how often, and when. velociPost gives you the knobs — so the automation fits the way you actually work, not the other way around.
velociPost isn't a one-size-fits-all workflow. These are the three controls that shape exactly how involved you are — set them once and you're done.
How often you want to approve content. Daily, weekly, or biweekly batches. The AI writes on a rolling schedule that matches whatever you pick.
See the three optionsWhether velociPost generates images and video, or pulls only from what you've uploaded. Two separate toggles — images and video are independent.
See the togglesHow often each platform posts and at what time. Independent controls for all 11 platforms — daily on one, weekly on another, off for the rest.
See the controlsThe AI generates content on a rolling schedule — but how much lands in front of you at a time is your call. Three options, each for a different kind of operator.
One day's content generated at a time. Review and approve each day before it goes out. Tight feedback loop — the AI learns fast from your edits.
A full week of content generated in a single batch. Review and approve everything in one sitting — then you're done for the week.
Fourteen days of content generated at once. One review session every two weeks. The lightest-touch option once you trust the voice.
Two independent toggles — AI images and AI video. Switch them on if you want the AI to generate visuals, switch them off if you'd rather use what you've uploaded. Mix and match.
When on, velociPost generates a unique image for each post via Recraft V3 — grounded in your knowledge base, sized per platform. When off, every post pulls from your uploaded media library.
When on, velociPost generates short-form vertical video via Kling 2.5 Turbo Pro — ready for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok. When off, video posts pull only from your own uploaded clips.
Post daily to Instagram, three times a week to LinkedIn, skip X entirely. Each of the 11 connected platforms has independent frequency and posting-time controls — change them any time.
You decide. Three options: Day by day (review one day's content at a time), Once a week (review a full week in one sitting), or Every two weeks (review 14 days in a single batch). Change the setting any time from Settings, and velociPost adjusts how it generates and delivers content for approval.
Yes. Set your cadence to "Once a week" and velociPost writes a full week of content at once — then you review and approve the whole batch in one sitting. Most users spend 10 to 15 minutes on their weekly review. You can also go biweekly (14 days at a time) for an even lower-touch rhythm.
Yes. Both AI image generation and AI video generation are independent toggles in Settings. Turn them off to use only media you've uploaded to your library. Turn AI images on but videos off, or vice versa. Turn them back on any time — everything is workspace-scoped.
Yes. Each of the 11 connected platforms has its own frequency setting: 1× per day, 3× per week, 2× per week, or Off. Post daily to Instagram, weekly to LinkedIn, and skip X entirely — whatever matches where your audience actually is. Change frequencies any time.
Setting a platform to Off tells velociPost not to generate any content for that platform — the AI skips it entirely until you turn it back on. Useful if you want to pause a platform temporarily, or if you're only using a subset of your connected accounts.
Yes. Every platform has its own posting time setting, independent of the others. Default times are set during onboarding based on platform-appropriate windows, and you can override per-platform at any time. All times use the workspace timezone you configured.
Set your cadence to "Every two weeks," turn on AI images and video, set reasonable per-platform frequencies, and approve the biweekly batch in one sitting — about 20 minutes every two weeks. If you want to go hands-off entirely, auto-approve can be enabled per platform as a separate setting.
Per workspace. Each workspace has its own cadence, media toggles, and per-platform frequencies. Agencies running multiple client workspaces can use completely different rhythms for each client — daily review for some, biweekly for others, AI images off for one brand and on for another.
