Most social media scheduling tools hand you an empty calendar. velociPost keeps the queue full automatically — AI drafts posts on your cadence, auto-publishes to 11 platforms via official APIs, and stays under your control the whole time.
Monday 9am. What your social media queue looks like with a traditional scheduling tool vs. velociPost.
A scheduler on its own is a blank spreadsheet. A scheduler with a content engine is a system. This is how velociPost closes the loop.
Pick how often each platform posts — once a day, every other day, weekly, custom. Set different cadences per platform. Change them any time. This is the rhythm everything else runs against.
AI generates drafts on rolling basis — before the queue runs low, new posts appear. Platform-native writing, pulled from your knowledge base, sitting in the calendar waiting for your approval.
At the scheduled time, velociPost publishes via each platform's official API. No browser extensions, no scraping, no "copy-paste reminder" emails. Just posts going live exactly when you said they would.
Same topic, rewritten from scratch for each platform. LinkedIn gets a LinkedIn post, TikTok gets a TikTok caption, Instagram gets Instagram. Schedule independently or together.
Automated doesn't mean automatic. Every knob is right where you'd expect — and nothing runs without your explicit setup.
Pause a single platform, all platforms, or the entire workspace in one click. Everything resumes when you unpause — nothing gets lost.
Text, images, video, scheduled time, target platform — editable right up to the moment it publishes. Save in place, reschedule at will.
Drag a post to a different day, or open it and change the time. Move one, move a batch, keep the rhythm or break it.
Set your workspace timezone once and every scheduled time uses it. Agencies can run different timezones per client workspace.
Review a week at a time from a single bulk-approval view. Approve everything that's good, edit what needs it, reject what isn't — all in one pass.
Post daily to Instagram, twice a week to LinkedIn, weekly to Pinterest. Set the rhythm per platform and adjust when the season or the strategy changes.
velociPost auto-posts to 11 platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Threads, Google Business Profile, Pinterest, Bluesky, and Reddit (coming soon). All posting happens via each platform's official API — no browser extensions, no scraping, no copy-paste reminders. Connect each platform once via OAuth and posts publish automatically at the times you scheduled.
That depends on whether you want to fill the calendar yourself. Most schedulers give you a good calendar interface and leave the writing to you — meaning your Sunday still disappears into caption-drafting. velociPost is the only scheduler that keeps the queue full automatically: AI drafts posts on your cadence, in your voice, and you review before they go live. If your problem is the calendar being empty — not the calendar being hard to use — this is the tool built for that problem.
Only if you turn on auto-approve. The default is manual approval — every post waits for your review in the calendar before publishing. Auto-approve is an explicit toggle in Settings, and you can switch it off any time. You can also run different modes per platform or per client workspace.
Yes. Every post generated by velociPost is scheduled per platform automatically. You set how often each platform posts (once a day, every other day, weekly, custom), and the AI generates a natively-written version for each one. Same topic, different writing per platform — not copy-paste across everywhere.
Pause is one click from Settings — you can pause a single platform, all platforms, or the entire workspace. Scheduled posts stay in place and resume when you unpause. No posts go out during the pause. AI generation can also be paused separately if you want to keep existing scheduled posts going without new ones being drafted.
Yes. Every scheduled post is fully editable until the moment it publishes — text, images, video, target platform, and scheduled time. Drag to a different day in the calendar to reschedule. Edits save instantly.
You pick your posting times during onboarding — we default to platform-appropriate windows based on general audience behavior (mid-morning and early evening weekdays, for example), and you can override on a per-platform basis. On Velocity plans, engagement data from your own posts feeds back into the suggested times so you're optimizing against your actual audience, not a generic benchmark.
Yes. Set your workspace timezone once, and every scheduled time uses it. If you operate in multiple timezones, agencies can set different timezones per client workspace. Posts are always published at the local time you scheduled them for.
